dm and tdm_triplebox_cu

hi guys, i updated the triplebox to triplebox_cu. There is a dm_triplebox_cu and tdm_triplebox_cu version. Only changes between both are the playerspawns.

Updates overall in this map(s):

- completly new textures
- added one ladder in the lower room
- added stairways in the upper room
- changed some brushes
- added a lot of nodraws where no textures needed
- fixed leaks with pointfiles
- better weaponperformance
- lights changed
- new decals
