For some time now we have the Headshot Plugin (v.1.1, made by Keeper_KBH, http://www.hl2plugins.com) running at all our servers.
While playing the headshot sound is annouced with a .357 headshot frag (as before, but now more reliable with this plugin). The plugin has also introduced new features to the statistics page, such as: stats are counted not only for headshots with scanable weapons (.357, ar2, smg, pistol, shotgun), but also for hitgroups (head, arm, leg, left/right) for these weapons. Accuracy is also counted.
